Topping and bottoming will also be discussed as many dive into D/s without understanding difference between k*nk with and without power dynamics.
New to D0mination and not sure where to start? While this class is technically listed as a 101, you will learn alot more than just what basic terms means. Understand the breath so that you can explore the things that interest you (or your parnter) in depth. In addition to the understanding of how to go about exploring BeeDeeSM you will also walk away with techniques and soft skills to start lightly exploring this with confidence so that you can dig deeper into your deisred areas of interest.
Whether you've been doing this for a minute, are looking to progress beyond your submissive side, or you have no idea what all these collections of letters and slashes mean, we will use fun exercises to uncover our D0minant personas and how they may differ from one another as well as how we negotiate to understand what all parties need and want, not just one!
There is no single "right" way to D0minate. Everyone will have their own style, and everyone requires a different approach. This class is designed to give you the tools you need to be a badass in and out of the bedroom. Refine your skills, gain new inspiration, methods, and embrace your inner D0minant.
We will discuss the breakdown of a scene and how to execute it, as well as different avenues to take your newfound D0m/me persona. Bringing your partner to sub space requires an immense amount of trust. Learn the lingo and gain all the tools to prepare you for this fun and exciting world. You're going to like it here.

What is your style/persona? How does that alter, dependent on your partner?
When and how do I bring this up with my partner?
How do you uncover and understand your desires within k*nk
How do you uncover, understand, & navigate boundaries?
Where does this type of play begin and end?
What are common "mistakes" new folks typically make?
What are the main differences between professional and personal d0mination?

a very fun and informative class where you will learn all spectrums of domination as well as a few useful strategies and skills. The goal of this workshop is to give you enough understanding and tehcniques that you can feel safe enough to use on your own so you can explore and figure out what you're into!
What does No-Frills mean?
No Frills means no bullshit. No fancy, yet vague words that leave you questioning what "sacred" means or instructions too loose and open for interpretation. This class uses real life examples not just from the presenters point of view and not only from one side of the slash. This class and many variations that have been born from it has been taught for over 7 years from Lola Jean and the occasional guest instructor. There will me ample reccomendations for additional learning whether that be Lola herself or her many vetted colleagues.
