It has a wide canopy (in case it rains), and quite a long stretch of space, since itβs outside of the old Westpac that's closed down/ boarded up now.
We are holding an outreach event to draw attention to Farm Transparency Projectβs campaigns Dairy Factory Farms and End Dairy Slaughter.
Some of us will be wearing TVs, showing FTP's ground-breaking investigations into the Australian dairy industry from 2023 and 2024.
Others will be holding placards, inviting members of the public to answer 5 questions in exchange for a vegan treat.
We'll have flashcards with questions about the dairy industry, designed to spark meaningful discussions.

Weβll have a table set up with our own snacks for pedestrians, but you are more than welcome to bring your own homemade or store-bought snacks to add to the table. All food must be vegan. It should also be finger food (easy for pedestrians to eat on the spot without cutlery).
πWhat to wear:
Wear FTP End Dairy Slaughter shirts, shirts about the dairy industry or animal rights themed/ FTP/ Dominion clothing. If you don't have anything like that, wear comfortable, dark-coloured clothing.
Dress for cold, wet weather.
