Bring the whole family to Maymont for Dominion Energy Family Easter, one of Richmond’s favorite spring events! The Saturday of Easter weekend is packed with activities, crafts and games, as well as live entertainment from local performance groups, plus Jonathan the Juggler and a live DJ Dance Zone. Snap a pic with the Easter Bunny presented by Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, see some baby farm animals, and bring an appetite for a picnic from local food trucks. Meet local helpers, mascots and heroes in the Community Zone! Dominion Energy Family Easter is fun for all, but especially for younger children. All three entrances will be open, and ridesharing and public transit are strongly encouraged. Bring an Easter basket for all the toys and prizes you will collect, and don’t forget your walking shoes!
General admission is $5 per person, which includes 3 activity tickets for crafts and games. Entry is free for Maymont members and Museums for All* participants. Reserve tickets online in advance, and choose a morning (9am–12pm) or afternoon (12pm–3pm) entry time, and plan to stay all day. Ridesharing and public transit are strongly encouraged. All proceeds help support Maymont.
*Advance reservations may be made online any time or in person between 10am-5pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at The Robins Nature Center or Stone Barn Welcome Center. Museums for All participants may reserve free admission for themselves and up to 3 guests by presenting an EBT card.
