New to Melbourne’s Latin scene comes the sibling led band ‘Sazón’, featuring Juan Osegueda on bass, Claudia Osegueda and Elisa Osegueda on vocals. Juan and Claudia are experienced and versatile when it comes to Latin American music. Together and separately, they’ve delved into a variety of rhythms from salsa to Afro-Peruvian, from son to bossa nova. Elisa’s experience began with Latin American and expanded into different genres, including contemporary and musical theatre, but she’s never lost her joy for Latin American music.What does ‘Sazón’ mean? It means FLAVOUR and SEASONING, which hints at what you may expect on the night. A satisfyingly fun salsa night!
