Domestique x Specialized: Bike Mechanics Series – Shifters Clinic

This hands-on clinic is designed for riders of all levels who want to better understand and care for their bike’s shifting system. Led by Marcos & the Specialized Santa Monica team with support from Domestique ride leaders, we’ll cover:

• Types of shifters (mechanical and electronic)
• How to identify and fix common shifting issues
• How to fine-tune derailleur alignment and indexing
• When to replace cables, housing, or batteries
• When to DIY and when to see a mechanic
