An expert on family violence and the associated risks of harm for adults, children, and animals residing in homes where violence occurs. Andrew has presented at 125+ professional conferences and trainings since 2019 and authored several publications cited by the FBI, CDC, and in over 1,000 international studies. His book, Not Without My Pet, was released in September 2021.

A powerful survivor and advocate who spent 10 years in foster care, overcoming physical, mental, and sexual abuse. Today, she shares her story nationally, inspiring professionals to create trauma-informed, survivor-centered systems.
