The gallery guide program follows the Ball State fall and spring semester calendar and meets on most Wednesdays from 3:30 – 5:00 pm. Additional training and mentoring with experienced docents and staff continue throughout the year.
Qualifications required include an interest in art and a willingness to lead great tours. Gallery guides are volunteers and may be Ball State students or community members.
