Dolphin House Guided Meditation & Sound Bath with Trish @Code 11 Holistics

Come along to Dolphin House Arts, Sanctus Street, Stratford Upon Avon for a midweek monthly reset, immerse yourself in the transformational sounds and vibrations of a Sound Bath. Come float into stillness with us!

Sessions will be held on the first Wednesday of the month. There will be be just 8 spaces available. You are welcome to arrive at 7:15pm, help yourself to a hot drink and organise your space This will give you time to sit and unwind before the session begins.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a a yoga mat or something to lie down on (the more padding the better for your comfort as you will be lying down for the hour) some people bring duvets, garden bench cushions for extra comfort, a pillow and warm blanket,( eye mask/hot water bottle if you want to be extra cosy). A bottled drink of water is also advisable. Basically arrive like you are about to go camping!!

Please make sure you bring along things to make you extra cosy as you will be lying down on a tiled floor. If you struggle to lie down for the hour you could bring a camping or zero gravity chair to sit on.

The doors will be locked and the session will start at 7:30pm. Settle down for an hour of pure bliss and let the sounds wash over you. Allow the Soundscapes to take you to a deeper state of rest and relaxation which in turn can rebalance the mind and body.

The session will start with a guided meditation which will lead into a beautiful sound bath using sound healing instruments such as a Monolini, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp, Nepalese Wind Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Zaphir Chimes.

Sound healing has many benefits that can include:

Improved sleep and memory, reduced stress, decreased anxiety and depression, lowered blood pressure and can bring profound peace and tranquility.

Please make sure you arrive by 7:30 pm as I will lock the doors and ensure the space is as peaceful as can be so I can start on time.

Everyone welcome, 14 years and over.

**Please note that this event is not suitable for people with epilepsy (especially sound induced), pregnant (particularly 1st trimester) and people with severe mental health disorders, or anyone fitted with an electrical device such as a pacemaker**
