Aikido Demonstration
Watch a demonstration by students, as well as our internationally acclaimed Chief Instructor, Lia Suzuki Sensei.
Aikido Class "Teaser" (Optional)
Get a brief (and safe) practice session, going over some of the very basic principles and movements in Aikido.
Q&A
There will be a formal Q&A session. Get your burning questions answered by our Chief Instructor.
Community
(Refreshments & Mingling)
After the demonstration, Q&A, and "Teaser" class, there will be refreshments and time to simply mingle. Feel free to ask current students why they train, what they gain from the training, or, heck, ask them things like if they have pets, or whatever!
