About this Event
Dojo is a yoga-like experience that will take you through a gentle yet active movement sequence to relax specific muscle groups one muscle at a time. This practice is great for athletes, yogis, gym enthusiasts, and anyone that is looking to feel good in their body.
After two years, Skip and Kyle are bringing back the highly requested Dojo Classes.
RSVP early because the spots will go fast, we always have a packed house. We are extremely excited to deliver our best experience yet.
Dojo is a mind-body practice that can:
1) Relax and strengthen the nervous system
2) Get you out of your head and into your body
3) Improve sleep
4) Lower blood sugar
5) Decrease stress
6) Improve strength gains in the gym
7) Help you recover from workouts faster
8) Increase HRV
9) Fix muscle imbalances and injuries
This class is a "meditation for your muscles".

-A Yoga mat
