The Contractor Mentor-Protégé Program encourages larger construction firms to develop relationships with minority businesses in the Pittsburgh region to assist the University in expanding its commitments to grow local minority businesses. The program aims to build relationships, strengthen diversity in construction, and help establish additional, valuable construction resources in the Pittsburgh area.
