Someone asked me what the most difficult thing about owning a dog was, I replied “the goodbye”.
Most dog owners will completely agree with the above quote and unfortunately most of us have been through a loss of a beloved dog. I am all too familiar with the grief that comes with losing a best friend having lost 4 of my beautiful dogs over the past 4 years. Which is why when I read about Dogs Trust’s upcoming event ‘The Big Paws’ on Saturday 31st of January I knew I wanted to take part!
Walk to honour the memory of your beloved dog while raising funds for dogs who desperately need your help. Turn your dog’s legacy into a lifeline for those still waiting for a second chance.
Please join me on Saturday 31st of January in Doneraile Wildlife Park at 11am for a memorial walk.
Anyone that wants to join please text Sara on 087-7478941. We are asking anyone that wants to take part to donate €10 to Dogs Trust. We will be collecting donations in Reception over the next week.
