About this Event

About the Event

Ready to host a community event that combats racism and promotes inclusion? Join us for an insightful workshop on applying for funding through the Canadian Heritage Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Program (MARP). This workshop will guide you through the funding application process for events that celebrate diverse communities, foster intercultural understanding, and address racism and discrimination.

You will receive hands-on support in crafting your application, from creating event concepts to finalizing the budget. Our team of experts will walk you through the program's new priorities, including initiatives to combat anti-Asian racism and raise awareness of Black Canadians' contributions to Canadian society. Together, we’ll work on a concept that strengthens community resilience and fosters unity.

Arrive ready with your event idea, and we’ll help you develop a compelling application.
