HEARTH & GOURD SOUP
A comforting trio of squash, corn, and beans simmered with pine nuts,
herbs, and a hint of smoke.
BREAD OF PLENTY
Warm loaves of sweet grain, multigrain, and dark rye for sharing.
LAMB OF THE WORLD
Sample traditional lamb recipes from across the globe.
Moroccan - Braised lamb & goat tagine with saffron, cinnamon, and apricots over couscous with almonds and preserved lemon.
Latin- Lamb Barbacoa slow-roasted in maguey leaves, served
with Spanish rice and cilantro.
Caribbean -Coconut Curry Lamb with ginger, Scotch bonnet, and lime; paired with charred brussels sprouts.
American Southwest -Lamb with Green & Red Chiles, herb-roasted potatoes, and winter greens.
DESSERTS
Red Wine–Roasted Pears - Finished with mulled wine glaze.
Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cake - Rosemary, sea salt, and deep richness.
Spiced Fig & Walnut Crostata- Rustic tart of fruit, nuts, and holiday spice.
