Welcome to our brand new highly requested Class- Doggy/Parent Workout Classes!!
This is a five week workout program that is an introductory level workout routine for both you and your dog to enjoy together.
Working out with your dog can be a fun and rewarding experience for both you and your furry friend. It offers physical and mental benefits for both humans and dogs, strengthens the bond between you, and provides a great way to stay active together.

Benefits of Working Out with Your Dog:
For Humans:

Lower Heart Rate and Reduced Stress: Regular physical activity can help lower your heart rate and reduce stress levels.

For Dogs:

A Yoga Mat
Your dog 🐕
Water to keep yourself hydrated we have water for the dogs!
Shoes that tie securely to your feet
High value treats for your do
This class is $150 per team for the five week program.
Each client will be asked to sign a waiver at the beginning of the class. Classes are not eligible for refund or for class transfers.
This class will have limited spaces available. We will only take six students per class, but we will be offering numerous future class opportunities.
Please note: if your dog is overweight, a letter from your veterinarian will be required.
