Join Sask Parks for a Doggy Dip at the Pike Lake Provincial Park pool! There will be two one-hour sessions available. All dogs are welcome to register. A maximum of 30 dogs per session is permitted. Registration is required for this event and will close at 12 p.m. on September 5th.
Please note:
- Online registration and vaccination records are required.
- Each registered dog is required to be registered with one adult. Owners with more than one dog must have another/alternate adult complete the registration and accompany the additional registered dog to the dog swim. Please note that family members are allowed to attend the swim with each registered dog, but each dog must be registered with its own attending adult.
- Dogs must be at least four months old. Puppies that are younger than four months are likely not fully vaccinated. Due to their very young age and vaccination status, it is more likely that they get sick, which is why Sask Parks asks visitors to not bring their puppies.
- All participating dogs must be spayed/neutered.
- Once registered, please send a copy of your dog's vaccination record to [email protected] and indicate which location you would like to attend (Buffalo Pound Provincial Park or Pike Lake Provincial Park). Vaccination records must be received in advance or presented at the park in order to enter the pool.
This event is free with a valid Park Entry Permit.
