Leader of the Pack and Carrie Bergen-Geisel are excited to be offering an end of summer Doggy Yoga event! This class will be a great way to practice calm, mindful yoga with other dog lovers in your community! Benefits:
Enjoy some quality time outside and connect with your dog
Provide exercise and mental stimulation for both you and your dog
Help relieve stress for both you and your dog
Increase your mobility to help relieve muscle and joint pain
Improve body-mind awareness
Lili (Professional Dog Trainer) will be providing doggy calming techniques and advice along with safety tips to maintain a positive and relaxing experience throughout the event. She will lead a 30-minute calming walk to start off the class where we will focus on practicing relaxation and providing stimulation for your dog before we begin the yoga portion of the event.
Carrie (Certified Yoga Teacher) will guide you through a 30-minute gentle yoga session. The moves will be made accessible to do alongside your dog and will be a lovely opportunity for you and your furry friend to further connect. The session will end with a short meditation. The goal is for you to leave feeling good in your body, relaxed and connected with your dog, yourself and nature.

Rate: $20+tax per person
*All dogs must be on leash and under control for the duration of the event.
*If you have a higher energy dog it is recommended you provide a longer walk prior to the event to help create a calm state of mind.
*Aggressive dogs will not be permitted at the event. If your dog poses any risk to humans or another dog you will be asked to leave. If you struggle with aggressive behaviors please feel free to reach out to Lili for training!
