About this Event
Stretch, Snuggle, and Support at Dog Yoga with PAWS of Coronado
Join us for a heartwarming Dog Yoga class on Saturday, December 21 at 11am at PAWS of Coronado. This 45-minute flow and play class is open to all ages (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult) and invites both humans and pups to breathe, stretch, and connect in a joyful, relaxing space.
Led by local yoga instructor and trainer Micki Palmer, the class weaves gentle movement with light-hearted interaction, while adoptable dogs roam freely offering cuddles, curiosity, and tail wags. Whether you’re in downward dog or child’s pose, expect soft snouts and happy energy all around.
A portion of ticket sales will benefit PAWS of Coronado. “I’m so honored to offer this class,” says Stephanie Clegg, founder of The Monarch Soul. “PAWS is a cornerstone of our community — our beloved dog, Mochi, came from there.” Come move, give back, and maybe meet your next furry soulmate.
