Dog Fostering Workshop: Panel Discussion
Come join us at the Venice - Abbot Kinney Memorial Branch Library for an exciting event all about dog fostering! Our panel of experts will share their experiences and insights on how to provide a loving temporary home for pups in need.
Join us for an informative workshop featuring representatives from local rescues and shelters, including Forte Animal Rescue and Bubbles Dog Rescue, along with professional dog trainers Chris Rivas from ProvenK9 and Rehbecca Landman. Melissa Klaskin will moderate the panel from Reducing Animal Stress, a nonprofit committed to supporting animals in shelters and rescues. If you love dogs and are interested in fostering but don’t know where to start, this workshop is perfect for you.
You will learn:
What type of dog is right for you
How to prepare your home
Responsibilities of fostering
How to get started and much more!
Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with fellow animal enthusiasts. See you there!
