Bradley G. Courtney, historian and author, will be presenting “Doc Holliday in Prescott” on June 26 at 7PM. Ticket sales will go toward a historical marker that will be placed on Montezuma Street near where Doc lived in Prescott during the spring and summer of 1880. Along with talking about that, Bradley will discuss how he came to sojourn in Prescott, his relationship with Wyatt Earp and, for good measure, plenty about his paramour, Big Nose Kate Elder. Bradley will also talk about the photograph that was taken of Doc in Prescott, one of the only two verified images of the Wild West legend.
