I am teaching a last DO-IN workshop before the summer, on Sunday May 26 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
We will focuse on how to boost our summer energy with the DO-IN & auto-massage on specific chinese energetic points.
Do-In is a Japanese ⛩ self-massage technique derived from Shiatsu and based on the theoretical principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
? WHAT IS DO-IN?
The term “Do In” comes from the Japanese terms “do” which means “the way” and “in” which means “energy”. Do In therefore designates the path of energy.
Also called “energy cleaning”, Do In is a Japanese self-massage technique derived from Shiatsu and based on the theoretical principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In the past, traditional self-massages were practiced to develop the physical health, mental serenity and spiritual elevation of individuals.
This practice is also consisting of meditation exercises, postures as well as movement and stretching exercises.
