You can have either of sit the seat or stand at the bar or table whatever you prefer. You can also parking whatever you prefer. Also, as for a wheelchair user, you can use the ramp to enter the bar and you can take the spot only for the table but can't take spot on the bar because it's too high for wheelchair. It's up to you guys whatever you like.
