About this Event
DNI helps IT companies address diversity and inclusion initiatives and build on existing equitable hiring practices. We organize niche and recruiting events at which we source candidates according to your hiring needs. This time, we work with software developers, data scientists, and product managers with experience and/or interest in the cloud computing space, and half of our outreach is targeted at female technologists and underrepresented communities in tech.

How do we source talent?
Our sourcing team manages event invites and collaborates with the numerous tech organizations that support women in tech, black technologists, and LGBTQ communities. Our goal is to get qualified talent for our employers AND solid jobs for our attendees. Tickets, Commissions and Fees
We don’t charge recruiting/hiring fees or commissions beyond the employer ticket price. Job seekers never pay fees to attend our events.
Are your events virtual?
Some of our events are in-person while others are held virtually via Hopin. Both of them have proven to offer an excellent experience for both job seekers and employers. For details please review the event location on your right.
Refunds
Our tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, give us reasonable notice and we’ll issue you a ticket for a future event.
