2024 Youth Summit “Defenders Day, Exploring Careers in the Armed Forces” will be held on September 28, 2024 from 10am to 2pm. The location will be the Khalif Event Center
2000 E. Wendover Ave.
Greensboro NC 27405.
Although some service members work in occupations specific to the military, such as fighter pilots or infantrymen, many work in occupations that also exist in the civilian workplace, such as nurses, doctors, and lawyers.
We are expecting current service members, recruiters, veterans, and first responders to attend this event to give our youth a valuable lesson on the military experience.
This event is open to the public.
