Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be over 18 to attend. Photo ID must be shown on entry.
What can't I bring to the event?
Don't bring illegal drugs. Sol & Luna has a zero-tolerance policy. Refunds will not be issued for Refusal of Entry by the venue.
Do I have to assign each ticket?
No, you don't need to assign tickets to your individual guests. You can assign to each attendee individually and they will receive the ticket by email.
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets online via your Eventbrite account.
Is my ticket refundable?
Yes, refunds (less ticket booking fee), up to 24 hours before the event. If we cancel the party, you will receive a full refund. You can cancel within your Eventbrite account.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:
DNA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at this event, without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. DNA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced by DNA. A person attending the event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers on the day.
