KAGW invites you to the Arts & Crafts Festival during the Onam celebration on Sept 13th, 2025, starting at 10AM at Gaithersburg High School. FREE BOOTH SPACE!!
Vendor Guidelines:
Free Booth space is reserved exclusively for handmade/homemade goods or community wellness/awareness non-profit organizations. 6 ft tables are provided. You are responsible for set up and tear down.
Eligible categories include-
- Homemade Food: Sold packaged only (pickles, jams, baked goods & snacks, etc.)
- Handmade Crafts: Only handmade items (jewelry, pressed art, woodwork, painting, home decor, etc.)
- Artisanal Goods: Only handmade items (ceramics, candles, soaps, etc.)
- Cultural Experiences: Face painting, henna, tattoos
- Non-Profit Organizations: Promoting wellness, spiritual wellbeing, and community support
