Dance Marathon at the University of Michigan (DMUM) is the largest student-run nonprofit organization in the state of Michigan, raising funds and awareness for pediatric programs at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. DMUM raises over $250,000 annually so that inpatient and outpatient pediatric programs like music therapy, martial arts therapy, adaptive recreation, and more can be offered at no cost to the families who utilize them. In addition, our members cultivate lasting and meaningful relationships with our DMUM Families — kiddos who currently receive or have received treatment at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and their loved ones. DMUM Members volunteer with these pediatric programs daily, and host events, like Spook-A-Thon, that bring together DMUM Families impacted by childhood illness or disability with the greater Ann Arbor community.
