- Set up times are on July 30, 2025 from 7:00 am to 9:30 am
- VIP tour starts from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Each exhibitor will have 1 minute to give an overview of their technology.
- General Admission - Vendor Day hours - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Tear down times are on July 30,2025 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- Only 35 table spaces are available. Register as soon as possible.
*** All attendees/vendor personnel must provide the following in an email sent to [email protected] at the time of registration:
a. Last name, First name, email address, company name, position/title (VP, Manager etc...). An email will be sent out to each vendor personnel weeks before the event to provide additional information that may be required for access.
b. Do Vendor personnel have a CAC
c. If parking at DHHQ please provide year, make, model, license plate # & State. If using a rental car please advise.
