We welcome every person – from beginners to advanced – who wants to learn and grow in the martial arts. No prior knowledge is required. Participants: must be at least 16 years of age and in good health.

Indoor shoes, training knife, training clothes, extra t-shirt and clothing to keep you warm during breaks.
