We are pleased to announce our black tie Awards Event will be held at the Hilcroft Hotel, East Main Street, Whitburn on Saturday the 29th November 2025. This will be a 2 course meal followed by the awards/speeches, raffle and disco.
The Hilcroft will also offer a discount when booking a room on the night of the event for those attending, so if this is something you are interested in then please let us know and we'll make the appropriate enquiries.
We are selling the tickets at the front desk, adults are £30 and children (under 10) are £15.

We are also have the option to pre book a tables this year.
We have 3 tables with 12 seats, and 3 tables with 10 seats, available to reserve.
We will keep track of your tickets and payment, therefore if you wish to pay in two or three installments, it is not a problem.
The physical tickets will be issued closer to the event as will the menu options. The meal will be pre-ordered again this year, however your choices will be noted on your name card at the table to remind you on the night.
We are looking forward to a bigger and better event this year.
