Developing Leaders Series
Developing Leaders Series (DLS) was designed for the senior management in small-mid sized enterprises (SME) including not-for-profits. The series focuses on peer-based learning and training on the most important leadership competencies.
Delivered via Zoom with interactive features, participants are encouraged to actively participate in the sessions including sharing their video to make the session a positive experience for all.

Succession Planning (Executive and Board)

Many organizations do not invest time and energy in effectively planning for the succession of senior leaders and key members of the team. One thing is certain: everyone will eventually no longer be in their current role because they choose to leave, are no longer able to fulfill their obligations, or are asked to go. This seminar will consider the various scenarios and review the process to ensure that you have developed a robust succession plan for your organization.
While the same principles apply to the Board of Directors or Advisors, this is often a more frequent occurrence and requires a disciplined approach by the Board or Governance committee. We will discuss preparing a matrix of required skills, seeking qualified candidates, equity considerations, and making the best recruiting decisions.
This session will be led by Sue Haywood and facilitated by Claude Haw.

There are four sessions in the 2021 Winter Developing Leaders Series and you view the bundle option here.
We highly encourage the bundle option as it increases the impact of the program through facilitating stronger connections with fellow participants, establishes the decision to learn as a commitment that can otherwise be hard to make time for and the bundle option is more cost-effective. For this reason, we have reserved the majority of the tickets to be the bundle option.
However, we understand that committing to four sessions isn't feasible for everyone, so individual tickets are available to each session at a limited quantity which you can access all individual sessions here.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event are supported.BSG reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions if necessary although we will endeavour to adhere to the posted schedule.
Non-Attendance
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the day. We welcome a substitute participant if you cannot attend.
