Audience
Anyone who is new to aerial photography and DJI usage in particular. This class is good for all DJI drone models but will be focused on the latest consumer products; Particularly, the Air 2, Air 2s, Mini 2 and Mavic 2 series of drones.
Schedule and Format
The first hour of this class will be a slide-based presentation, then we will transition to a hands-on demonstration outside of the store. The class size is 8 to 12 students.
What to Bring
Your DJI drone, charged batteries, a memory card, note-taking supplies and a drink and/or snack for break time. Please have your drone assembled and battery charged prior to the class.
About the Instructor
Grant Pifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas where he studied Television and Film production. He is a certified Part-107 drone pilot and has been flying DJI drones for over 5 years. His main interests are cinematography and video production and in helping students to grasp primary concepts and overcome their fears from the often intimidating use of drones. Grant works full time in Precision's sales department and teaches beginner DJI Drone classes.
