Djembe Drumming and Percussion Circle for Wellbeing

Regular group for people wanting to be a part of the djembe drumming wellbeing circle. Some drums supplied + percussion instruments supplied.

Primarily for adults however young people 12+ can attend as long as they attend with an adult.

No need to have any drumming experience. This is not a therapeutic group, more a wellbeing group.

Drums are a great way to speak without vocals and can sooth the soul.
