DJ Mojica was a fun-loving, witty and courageous 9 year old boy from Round Rock. At just 17 months old, DJ was diagnosed with brain cancer. Against all odds, DJ beat cancer 4 TIMES!
In his short life, DJ experienced so many heartbreaking setbacks in the midst of cancer treatments, multiple surgeries, tests, hospital stays, physical therapy and late effects of the treatment that was used to save him- but he NEVER lost his JOY!!!
On September 17, 2019 DJ was freed from his broken, earthly body and restored in heaven.
Our family knew DJ and loved him deeply! He is missed every single day that goes by without him.
This will be our second fundraiser for his memorial scholarship fund with Round Rock ISD. The last give-back day raised $351.50 - let’s add to that!!
