calling all music lovers, vibes curators...
have you ever felt a calling towards DJing? are you the trusty curator who's always on the AUX? new to your DJ journey? or curious to learn a new skill?
Pass the Vibes is hosting an intro-level DJ Basics workshop on Sunday July 14, from 1PM-6PM EST! Come through to the workshop room at the Digital Arts Resource Centre (DARC), located at 67 Nicholas St. (K1N 7B9). This workshop is hosted by 2 experienced DJs and our very own collective members, MusicbyJayel and DJ Celestial!
We'll be covering all things DJ Basics including a breif history of the craft, software & hardware options, mixing techniques, and much more to support anyone beginning or along in their DJ journey. You'll then have plenty of time to practice on equipment after the lesson. Our facilitators will also be sharing some tips and their own personal mixing process with participants!

This workshop is FREE 99 for participants, and food (lunch) is included (vegan/GF options avail)!
Pass the Vibes workshops are open to all Black and Black Queer youth! (15-30 is our average age, but all are welcome to come by :)
