Sara of Sweet Cheeks Gourmet Bakery is going to show you how to decorate a set of 6 adorable cookies. This is an advanced beginner/intermediate class so having taken a previous basic class or having basic knowledge of using royal icing will be helpful as I will not be going over the basics rather demonstrating newer advanced techniques. We will be working on some new fun techniques with different consistencies of royal icing, while still incorporating some of the basic skills as well. This class is for 13 years old and older, however anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating in the class.
Class includes: - 3 1/2 hour class
All supplies needed to decorate cookies - Instruction and demonstration for different techniques - Decorating 6 cookies - Going home with what I think is a must have tool for cookie decorating!
