DIY Charcuterie Workshop Board Workshop
No Experience is Necessary!
Participants will transform a sustainable sourced live edge piece of Oregon Black Walnut into a charcuterie board which is ready to use when we finish. All tools, supplies and finishing oil are provided. Your instructor will be there to help and answer any questions throughout the workshop.
The wood is Oregon walnut that is substantially sourced.
About the artist: Abby Ruston is a contemporary woodworker based in Portland, Oregon. Abby has been working with live-edge wood since 2016. She started these workshops in 2019 as a way to share to facilitate connection, adventure, and play with the community. Her work incorporates the principles of Kintsugi, Wabi Sabi, and Shou Sugi Ban. Abby believes the beauty of what we create is in the imperfections!
Each participant will leave with a ready-to-use Oregon Black Walnut Charcuterie Board!
