Do you have an old family heirloom you have been wanting to mend? Have you thrifted something recently that you want to upcycle and reuse? Think: a repainted wooden frame, a pottery mug turned into a planter, old tin tubes cut into ornamental shapes, silverware made into a wind chime. If this sounds like you, please join us at our DIY Upcycling Workshop! Participants bring their own items they wish to upcycle. The workshop will have various mending stations, books for inspiration, and supplies to help reach your creative goals! Please note: there will be no sewing machines to use, and no power tools to use.
Ages 13+.
Bilingual activity. Mending, cleaning, and craft materials provided. Items themselves are to be brought in by the participants.

Les participants apportent les objets qu'ils souhaitent recycler. L'atelier mettra à votre disposition différents postes de réparation, des livres pour vous inspirer et des fournitures pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs créatifs!
