We will be guided on how to make our herbal blends for Immunity and Anxiety with LOVE. Everything feels better when you make it with LOVE and intention from the heart. Just like Grandma's cooking....

The event will begin with 20 minutes of relaxation. After setting our intentions, we will jump right in to learing how to make your own medicines.
All matierials will be provided by Kristina Medicina, Paws & People Wellness Co.
Water, calming drinks and a Charcuterie board will be provided for light snacking.
