Do you love eating sushi but want to know how to make it yourself? Join Chef William Pitchford for this flavor packed Sushi 101 class. Participants will learn about the history and art of sushi making, then partake in crafting their own sushi: California roll, shrimp tempura, and spicy tuna hand roll.
