Join us for DIY Main-Course Chopped Salad to become a master of personalized, nutritious, and delicious salads! In this hands-on class, you will:
Learn About Ingredients: Our Registered Dietitian will provide the nutrtion benefits of the ingreidnts that are used.
Build Flavor Profiles: Learn how to combine ingredients to create balanced and flavorful salads. Explore different texture and taste combinations to make every bite exciting.
Customize Your Salad: Mix and match ingredients to create salads that suit your dietary preferences and taste.
By the end of this class you will have the confidence and skills to create endless variations of chopped salads, perfect for any meal or occasion.
Participants of this class get to take home their cutting board and salad chopper knife.
Space is limited. Due to this, registrants will be called on July 10th to verify participation. Response is necessary! If there is no response it will be assumed that you are no longer intrested in the class and the ticket will be given to someone on the waitlist.
