First, with essential oil blending, then with reseting your nervous system in the water.
I've been teaching natural health remedies for 15 years, and Its been so fun sharing easy ways to take care of ourselves with the original health care (plants) and water.
From 1pm-2pm ish You'll have the opportunity to choose two items to make as part of your ticket price, or all of them if you'd like to pay extra :)

2:15pm- 4pm ish we'll be in the fully shaded, saline pool-
guided meditation and breathe work. You'll enjoy releasing your tension and coming back to your body in a soft, kinder way.
What to bring:
bathing suit
towel
water bottle
change of cozy clothes.
There is a really nice outdoor shower to rinse off any lotions or hair products before we enter the pool. This protects the water, and keeps it from needing to be treated with too many chemicals.
