DIY Charcuterie Boards: A Hands-On Food & Creativity Experience
Join us for a fun, interactive charcuterie-building workshop where you’ll learn how to create a beautifully styled board that’s perfect for sharing! During this two-hour class, you’ll build your own wooden charcuterie board, thoughtfully arranged with cheese, meats, fruit, crackers, and more. You’ll learn placement techniques, portioning, and presentation tips to help you design a professional-looking board every time.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with:
A fully assembled board with servings for two people
Your wooden board to take home
Knowledge to recreate stunning charcuterie boards for parties, gifts, and celebrations

Meet Your Guest Instructor
This workshop is led by Tiffany Palmer, the owner of a local micro-bakery based in Colonie, specializing in organic homemade baked goods crafted with quality and care. In addition to a love for all things culinary, your instructor is also a certified event planner with a deep passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable, meaningful moments. Bringing together food, creativity, and warm connection is at the heart of every event—and this class is no exception!
