Register at defiancelibrary.org/candles-dpl, or by calling 419-782-1456 ext. 1108.Visit Defiance Public Library on February 10 at 5PM and pick from a variety of scents as you create your own soy wax candle. (Heat tools will be used.) This class is free and open to all ages. Supplies are provided.
