Join us for a night to remember, an event unlike any other, a master cheese board class at Grazing Haus. In this class you will be immersed in the cheese world of Sweet Grass. This dairy farm is located in Thomasville, GA where "cows can be cows".This class is the master class of board making and shopping. This series will highlight our dairy farms that we stand behind as tried and trusted products for all Grazing Haus boards.
In this class you will experience and receive:
-Immersion in the Sweet Grass product line
-Create your cheese board using only Sweet Grass cheese (charcuterie and other accompaniments included)
-Learn the art of cheese shopping - how to identify cheese and make selections
-Cut and Prep your own cheese for board presentation
-Receive a custom engraved Cheese Board to take home
