"Together, we’ll make a 2 oz Magnesium Oil Spray featuring my seasonal Be Well Blend — it smells just like "Christmas in a Jar" with warm, grounding essential oils that support immunity and calm through the colder months.
You’ll leave with your own custom magnesium spray perfect for daily use when you need a little extra rest, focus, or immune support during the busy holiday season.
We’ll also chat about he many benefits of magnesium for sleep, stress, and immunity and simple ways to use it through the winter months.
