The Dixie Dregs are a permanent fixture in American instrumental rock music. Founded by Steve Morse (guitar) and Andy West (bass) while in high school, the band grew with the addition of members Steve Davidowski (keyboard), Allen Sloan (violin), and Rod Morganstein (drums).Over their decades-long career, the rock mainstays have recorded seven studio and four live albums. The Dregs seamlessly fuse rock, progressive, and jazz elements to create a unique style that stands the test of time.
