Diwān Al-Bayān – IESDC 3rd NationalsThe IES Debating Club proudly presents its Inter School & College Debate Festival with the theme Diwān Al-Bayān.
Historically, Diwān Al-Bayān was a knowledgeable assembly of the Ottoman Empire under the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent—where wisdom, strategy, and eloquence shaped the course of governance. Inspired by this spirit, our festival will celebrate the art of argument, logic, and leadership through the Asian Parliamentary format.
