On October 18, The Virginia Museum of History & Culture will come alive with color, rhythm, and tradition as it hosts Diwali Music & Arts Festival from 11 AM to 4 PM.A daytime gathering will be featuring live music, artisan showcases, classical & folk dances, puppet show, fashion show exhibiting Drapes of India, many immersive programs, Food, Drinks and more.
The event also marks the official launch of The Rith Initiative, a newly formed nonprofit dedicated to preserving and celebrating Indian arts and heritage in Richmond.
