Terms and Conditions
Admission Policy: Management reserves the right to deny admission, even with a valid ticket, if guests are not in compliance with the event’s dress code or conduct policy. Entry will be denied if it is suspected that a guest is under the influence of any substance or arriving intoxicated, as determined at the discretion of security personnel.
No Refunds Policy:In the event of denied entry due to failure to comply with the stated rules—including not presenting a valid physical ID, being visibly intoxicated, engaging in inappropriate behavior with staff, purchasing the wrong ticket, or missing the cruise departure due to lateness—no refunds will be issued. Urban Beatz Events is not responsible for any refunds in these situations.
Weather Conditions: Rooftop access is contingent upon favorable weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, access may be restricted or closed for safety reasons.
Capacity Limits:The rooftop has a Limited capacity. Access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis until this limit is reached. Once full capacity is achieved, no further access will be permitted until space becomes available. Guests who temporarily leave the rooftop will need to rejoin the queue to regain entry. Re-entry is subject to availability based on the available capacity.
Unlimited Rooftop Access: Guests with Unlimited Rooftop Access enjoy priority entry and do not need to wait in line. This allows for immediate access to the rooftop without the need to queue.
Media Consent: By purchasing tickets to our events, you consent to the presence of photographers and videographers. You acknowledge that images and videos taken at the event may be posted or published on our platforms for promotional and advertising purposes.
General Rules: All guests must adhere to the event’s general rules and regulations, which are in place to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Failure to comply may result in revocation of access privileges.
